2bsp Colon Ease or cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil with equal parts of castor oil 12 drops Liquid Kyolic garlic, or 2 fresh garlic cloves, crushed Juice of 1 lemon or lime or 1-2 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar 1 pinch cayene pepper (do NOT use if you have high blood pressure) 8oz warm water (purified or distilled) Blend and drink
