None of the products do a damn thing to cleanse your colon. What would make you think it needed cleaning? The whole colon cleansing thing began in the early 1900s. It was developed by Dr. Kellogg ( yeah the cereal maker) and was used to promote his spa like health farm. A bunch of BS.

Just pay for a colonoscopy and take a look at yours. You will find it is pink and healthy with no clumps of junk just laying there waiting to be cleansed away.

start with drinking lots of purified water with lemon or lime
exercise also helps
and so does eating fresh fruits and vegetables
fiber is good to cleanse your system

I am on the fence about natural colon cleanse – personally I tried one online (see below link) and think it worked great for me. I lost some much needed weight and feel healtheir. On the other hand I have one friend who says it made no difference to. I think it is all really a personal thing and something that should be tried once to decide for yourself I suppose.
