   I subscribed to your videos about 2 months ago and have learned a great deal. I was a serious athlete 10 years ago before giving myself a hernia. I lost my physique over time and have never worked to get it back. . I’ve always had a 6pack, even now at 38, but it’s starting to vanish. I got a lot of value from this info and will change up my ab routine tomorrow. Thank you.

   Josh, do you have a link to where I can find what other muscles are fast twitch muscle fibers? I want to make sure I train my muscles correctly and am not just creating problems. Thanks a lot.

   Great video Josh….yeah I always could tell you were from Boston..nice place and nice people to top it off…I went to a place called Needham before…quiet town but had the nicest people that were so friendly everywhere you went… could point about doing endless crunches and not getting a flat stomach..my dad seems to alwyas have a gut and hes a skinny fat body type…but i think its cause of the antiobotics hes on…
