Can you suggest the best intestine and colon cleanse to get rid of built up feces?
Written by admin on November 29, 2008 – 7:16 pm -I am talking about the natural remedies to rid the body of excess weight and feces. Has anyone done this? did it work? what are the benefits and side effects?
The best suggestion would be to go to your local nutrition store and ask about a cleanse. They have licensed nutritionists on site and they can best answer your questions.
I am using one right now but it may not be the best for you.

The intestine is very very efficient in getting rid of feces. It doesn’t need any help unless you’re constipated. The best way to stop getting poop in your colon? Stop eating.
Doing laxatives to stimulate defecation and “flushing” can actually be bad for you since you could end up dehydrated from all the pooping you did. Best to let nature take its course.

Triphala? Oxypowder?
There are probably more suggestions on the Bowel Cleanse page at curezone.com.
That said, it may be that all you need is a couple of enemas to clean you out.

The best way to scrub out your intestine is to add lots of insoluble fiber to your diet.
Start your day with all-bran cereal or buckwheat pancakes and two pieces of fruit (not juice). For lunch have carrot salad with nuts, vegetarian chili with extra beans, and a whole-wheat roll. For dinner, have vegetarian pizza on a whole-wheat crust, or whole-wheat spaghetti with mushroom-tomato sauce, or squash soup, three-bean salad, and multi-grain rolls. For a late-night snack, enjoy split-pea soup, almonds, or popcorn. (No jello, no white bread, no sugary drinks, no white chocolate.)
