Parasites
Written by admin on Announcement – 5:11 pm -Almost everyone has parasites in the form of worms inside their colons. Parasites such as tapeworm, hookworm and roundworms feed on fecal waste, human blood and vital nutrients. They can also dig holes in the intestinal lining causing diarrhea, and stomach ache. The parasitic worm Diphyllobothrium latum is scientifically observed to cause depletion of Vitamin B12 which is an essential source for proper functioning of the nervous system, muscle coordination and memory. Some parasites such as nematodes like roundworm spend their egg stage in warm earth soil, waiting for hosts. You can get parasites when you walk barefooted or touching fecal infested soil. These parasites can penetrate exposed skin and migrate to your intestines to live and suck nutrients out.
The best thing to do, other than de-worming, is colon cleansing. One of the most popular methods to begin the process of getting rid parasites is body detoxification starting in your colon. Herbal cleansing and hydrotherapy or colonic irrigation can help to flush out mucus, fecal wastes, toxins and the dreaded parasitic worms.By getting rid of unwanted fecal wastes such as parasites, bowel movement will be easier and smoother and cause your body to be harmful to parasites, reducing their survival levels.Getting rid of impurities also helps your body to absorb nutrients, increase energy levels and prevent future parasitic infestation with the help of probotics that restore certain good bacteria that help in fighting bad bacteria in the digestive tract.

Can you eat too much fiber?
Written by admin on April 16, 2009 – 1:01 pm -Okay so I tend to eat 100% or a little less of my fiber each day. Well apparently with the foods I bought this week, I shall consume 200% or similiar, not counting fresh blueberries, granola, and almonds, and sometimes extra whole grain cereal. Is it harmful to consume this much fiber? Will be body become used to this amount of fiber and require it everyday, after 5-7 straight days? Also I was just reading about colon cleanses; will this work like a cleanse and even remove parasites (since numbers up to 85% of Americans have them).
Also I am on a dairy free diet since the doctor thinks I may be lactose intolerant (which if I am not and have symptoms when I go back in a week she will then test me for parasites and bacteria). So being dairy free for one more week, I am avoiding foods like cheese which are notorious for slowing us down, and instead mixing my veggies with pasta and lots of extra soy products this week (soymilk and soy yogurt).
Fiber's the one that doesn't technically digest, right?
It's kind of like an organic scrubber brush for your bowels. I would guess that your ability to handle more fiber all depends on the state of your kidneys and liver, and how they react to it.
The human digestive system is pretty good at handling things, I say don't worry about it unless you're over the age of 50 or under the age of 12. If pain occurs, seek medical attention.
You can also just call this one in to a hospital/nutritionist usually at no charge beyond the phone call itself. They should have a detailed explanation they can give you in as little as 5-10 minutes.

Natra Pure colon cleanse ingredients?
Written by admin on April 16, 2009 – 1:01 pm -I can't find an ingredient list anywhere. The only thing the websites say is 'all natural' and 'safe'. These are just hype words that are not regulated to require accuracy or specific requirements for use.
Does anyone actually have a bottle and could you please list the ingredients including amounts and instructions for use?
I'm always wary when a product is hyped without listing ingredients. I have a suspicion Natra Pure contains a bunch of laxative herbs, but doesn't eliminate parasites and old mucoid fecal plaque, or restore beneficial intestinal flora. I welcome information that will prove this to be wrong.
At this point, I have only found 2 products that are true and complete colon cleanse programs.
So… anyone have a bottle with the ingredient list?
Thanks!
Thanks, Cindy, but there were no ingredients listed on that site except a mention of green tea. Ingredients you mentioned don't have anything to do with colon cleanse. Very strange. Thank you for responding.
I found the ingredients on http://natrapure.net
Theres green tea, acai, paipan, egcg, bromelain, guava extract, and white tea
