2bsp Colon Ease or cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil with equal parts of castor oil 12 drops Liquid Kyolic garlic, or 2 fresh garlic cloves, crushed Juice of 1 lemon or lime or 1-2 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar 1 pinch cayene pepper (do NOT use if you have high blood pressure) 8oz warm water (purified or distilled) Blend and drink

I'm taking 5+ tablets a day, is this bad for me rather than good?
Written by admin on March 21, 2009 – 9:57 pm -I am taking an anti-oxidant, cod liver oil, colon cleanse, multivitamin, iron and ecchenia (sorry mispelt!) Is this too much?
It is not bad to take multiple supplements. You just want to make sure you don't overdo it.
Watch the iron intake, it can kill you if you take too much.
Ask your doctor if any of those supplements counteract the others effects too.
