Why exactly is colon cleansing so good for you?

I want to get that shit Oprah suggests but not if it's not worth it.

Colon Cleansing IS very good for you. Any "reputable source" can make claims, but I base my judgment off my own experience and colon cleansing has worked wonders for me.

Colon cleansing is good for you because it helps flush your body of toxins that can accumulate in your colon from years of eating. If you eat meat on a regular basis…a lot of it is probably still in your colon. It stays there and is a breeding ground for toxins and bacteria. This can lead to bloating, fatigue, and weight gain around the lower stomach area that is almost impossible to get rid of from exercise and a good diet.

Don't get me wrong, exercise and diet is very important, but colon cleansing is something you can add to your routine and really start to feel better and lose weight.
