Do any of these colon cleansing pills actually work for losing weight?

I am already dieting and exercising 3-4 times a week. I am just looking for something to give me that extra little boost and speed up the process, and I was wondering if any of these colon cleansing pills or acai berry or anything like that actually helps to speed weight loss.
