How many lbs do you loose when you colon cleanse?
Written by admin on January 5, 2009 – 11:52 am -I am doing a colon cleanse before i start a fairly large diet [at least 50 lbs by august!] and i was wondering what the colon does and how many pounds on average that you might loose. thanks!
Yes - you can lose weight with a colon cleanse!
The colon is part of your digestive system - it's main function is to absorb the vitamins and nutrients from the food you eat, and to pass the waste on to… the end of the line. lol!
The problem is that our digestive system isn't set up to process a lot of the foods we eat - like meat products, processed foods and some dairy. Little bits can get left behind in the colon and, over time, these can really add up, leading to weight gain, gas, bloating and even more serious conditions like diverticulitis.

What is the best colon cleanse, and are they safe?

is it ok to use one at my age of 15,
will it be painful,
will I be spending the majority of my days on the toilet,
are they safe,
and which one would you personally recommend?
I don't want to get in over my head here.
Before you do a colon cleanse, make sure it is o.k. with your parents. It is not painful and is safe. If you go to your local health store and ask for an all natural colon cleanse, they can help you. Wait after you have eaten dinner for at least two hours before you take a pill. It is not like a laxative. If you don't have a health store close, you can go to this site a friend gave me.
