Can you suggest the best intestine and colon cleanse to get rid of built up feces?
Written by admin on November 29, 2008 – 7:16 pm -I am talking about the natural remedies to rid the body of excess weight and feces. Has anyone done this? did it work? what are the benefits and side effects?
The best suggestion would be to go to your local nutrition store and ask about a cleanse. They have licensed nutritionists on site and they can best answer your questions.
I am using one right now but it may not be the best for you.

How safe are those colon cleansers you see infomercials? Are they the best way to cleanse your colon?

You can always just go to your local health food store or supplement store and get a fiber pill or fiber powder.
Whatever you do, drink lots of water with it. Otherwise, you’ll just end up constipated.
