Is there a Rx (prescription) Colon Cleanse product? If not, what’s the best natural alternative?

Couldn’t tell you if there are any Rx colon cleanse products but I do know that some natural products CAN be effective for getting rid of toxins in the body. One that I like that i see others have mentioned here is CleanseRx, a two-phase system for cleansing the colon and then using probiotics to balance your digestive system. I was able to lose 7 lbs in the first phase and 4 more in the second. I like it and its gotten lots & lots of votes as a great product!

Sinus Problems and Post Nasal Drip?

What is the best at home treatment for sinus post nasal drip and infection? The doctors don't seem to help me.
I get such bad post nasal sinus drainage that I get so sick I can't hardly function. I get nautious, my stomach hurts, etc. My head gets pressure, my head gets very hot. I get chilled easily. I get some drainage to the ears and my ears and eyes get a bit goofy. The drainage tastes bad. I have tried antibiotics, sprays, been to an allergy doctor had a CT Scan done a few years ago. I have been trying nasal washes and some other at home things. I just started XClear wash. I even did a candida herbal treatment for colon cleansing for awhile.
Either I am a seriously big wimp or this just really sucks! I missed two weeks of work in August. I cannot miss work right now in tax season!!!

Yes I had allergy tests done last year but they didn't prove beneficial.
Is it normal to get them this often?
I have heard that sinus surgery is typically not helpful. The nurse that did my CT Scan of my sinuses said she had the surgery and it didn't do anything for her. She blamed it on where we live, etc.

In my experience, the best treatment is the neti pot. It's so cheap and simple, but it works wonders. The neti pot has been used by ancient yoga practitioners for thousands of years. how to start a detox program?

i want to start a detoxify my body, primarily the liver. I've heard that it is better to start with a colon and kidney cleanse, does anyone know how to go about doing this, any regimens to follow, suggested herbs, foods that are good for the liver, tips, suggestions, etc. Thank you

You need to do a colon cleanse first because if the colon is not properly working then the toxins the liver will be releasing sit in the colon and wont exit the body. Ive done several of both and do highly recommend it to everybody who needs to detox for whatever illness or disease they have (or just general health).

I would also get a good juicer ( Jack La lane) and start learning about nutrition with it. It's easier to assimulate nutrition through juicing (gets in the blood quicker) then digesting fruits and vegetables for 7 days or so. Drink a gallon of distilled water a day also during the cleanse. Anybody ever done a total body cleanse?

I've been checking out health supplement stores and i've talked to some people about them. I've thought about doing it myself…just to detoxify my body.
So please, i'd prefer someone who's actually done one or does them, or if you're close to someone who's done a total body cleanse kit, to give my your thoughts, advice, comments…

Oh and if anyone is unclear on what a total body cleanse, it's a kit of different supplements, herbs or teas you take along with a modified diet or fasting for a certain amount of time to detoxify your lymphatic system, liver, colon, skin…etc

I've never done a total body cleanse at one time. I've done several at different times. I use the Dr. Natura products. The Colon Cleanse involves parasite killing pills, an herbal tea, and powdered fiber. It is quite effective and if you drink plenty of water you will notice the energy and rid yourself of the "gunk" built up in your colon. This is a 30 day program.
The toxin program for your liver is different, and you can do it with the Colonix but it's so expensive I do one at a time.

I've been reading about colon cleansing and how toxic our insides become. Have you ever done a colon cleansing, and how did it make you feel? Did you lose weight from it?

Yes you can lose weight from them. They also rid your body of toxins. They may even help your metabolism because when your colon is full it slows your system.

Colon cleansing….is it worth it, and if so, what kind should I buy?

I've seen those infomercials for colon cleansing where they claim if you use the products, ropes of built-up "gunk" coating the insides of your colon will come out.

My first question is, do any of these actually work or it is just a bunch of propaganda?

My second question is, if this does work, which one would you all suggest is the best product?
